San Zhi

On the very northernmost coast of Taiwan is San Zhi, a planned resort community that was abandoned during construction. Nobody knows who the architect(s) were, when construction started (some say in the 1960’s while others say the 1980’s), and most importantly why it was abandoned and left to decay.
